✦ Module 1 – Arrival and Grounding

Objective: Create a safe, resonant container for the retreat.

  • Welcome Circle & Dedication of Space
  • Presentation of the retreat purpose and principles
  • Individual arrival rituals (e.g., writing an intention, placing a symbolic object)
  • Grounding practices in nature (mindful walking, breath awareness)
  • Introduction to the Mycelial Supervision Metaphor (the invisible network that nourishes growth)

✦ Module 2 – Mapping the Field

Objective: Surface the collective and individual themes.

  • Group constellation to map the systemic field of participants
  • Exploration of “Seeds of Slumber” – What is dormant in your practice?
  • Journaling and dialogue circles
  • Reflection questions:
    • What is present but unspoken in my work?
    • What is asking to be seen?

✦ Module 3 – Supervision in Nature

Objective: Deepen reflection through immersion in the living environment.

  • Guided silent walk in the forest
  • Solo time in nature (“Sit Spot” practice)
  • Metaphysical inquiry:
    • If the land could speak, what would it say about your path?
    • How does this place mirror your current professional ecosystem?
  • Optional: Collecting natural objects as metaphors

✦ Module 4 – Systemic Supervision Sessions

Objective: Engage in structured supervision on live cases.

  • Small group supervision circles (maximum 4 participants per group)
  • Each participant presents a case or question
  • The group offers reflective feedback using:
    • EMCC Supervision Competences
    • Systemic perspectives
    • Metaphysical reflections
  • Integration of visual mapping and symbolic representation

✦ Module 5 – Metaphysical Rituals for Renewal

Objective: Release burdens and restore clarity.

  • Ceremony at the shrine (blessing and release)
  • Optional anointing or symbolic cleansing ritual (e.g., water, incense)
  • Creation of personal talisman or affirmation
  • Meditation: Connecting with ancestral and universal support

✦ Module 6 – Integration and Visioning

Objective: Consolidate learning and set intentions.

  • Group reflection circle:
    • What have you reclaimed?
    • What will you carry forward?
  • Visioning exercise: “The Next Season of My Practice”
  • Written commitment and personal action plan
  • Closing ritual and blessing

✦ Optional Module – Individual Metaphysical Supervision

Objective: Deep personalized exploration.

  • 60-minute individual session with Daniela
  • Focus:
    • Spiritual alignment in professional life
    • Ethical dilemmas
    • Personal healing and growth
  • Offered onsite or online after the retreat

Duration: 3 days (arrival afternoon – departure afternoon)
Group Size: 6–10 participants
Location: Sanagōchi village, shrine, and forest areas
Languages: English, Italian (Japanese interpreter on request)
